These terms govern access to the RetailOps platform and the use of its features for store management, inventory planning, and sales analytics. By registering, you confirm that you accept the following provisions.
Subject of Services
RetailOps provides web-based software for managing store networks, merchandise inventories, and supply chains. The scope of features includes dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting functions that are activated depending on the contract model.
User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining accurate master data, assigning secure access credentials, and complying with applicable data protection regulations when collecting sales and inventory data from your locations.
Availability and Maintenance
We strive to ensure high platform availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance. We assume no liability for outages caused by force majeure, network disruptions, or maintenance work.
Limitation of Liability
The analyses and forecasts provided are intended to support decision-making. We do not guarantee specific revenue or inventory outcomes. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.
Term and Termination
The contract runs for the agreed minimum term and renews automatically unless terminated with due notice. Termination must be made in text form and sent to the address specified in the order confirmation.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to adjust these terms in the event of material changes to the scope of services. You will be notified by email at least four weeks before they take effect. If you do not object, the new terms will be deemed accepted.
